Proudly backed by Ontario Health and a founding partner of Mississauga Health, we've built a robust network serving our community. Our team collaborates with over 100 physicians in Mississauga to deliver team-based primary care to patients across the region.

In 2022, we grew to become the only primary care organization leading the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program for Brampton, Halton, Mississauga, and South Etobicoke—providing adults struggling with depression and anxiety free access to essential mental health services.
