  • Where are you located and is parking free?

    We have two clinic locations in Mississauga:


    West Mississauga – Main Clinic

    2695 North Sheridan Way, Suite #120

    Free parking is available onsite.


    East Mississauga – Satellite Clinic

    90 Burnhamthorpe Road West, Sussex Building (inside the CMHA office), Suite #210C.

    Free parking for the first hour.

  • What are your clinic hours?

    West Mississauga (North Sheridan Way)

    Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

    Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM 


    East Mississauga (Sussex Building)

    Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (closed for lunch 12:00-1:00 p.m.)

    Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (closed for lunch 2:00-3:00 p.m.)


    *Closed all statutory holidays

  • Is your facility accessible?

    Our North Sheridan Clinic is wheelchair accessible with a step-free entrance, automatic doorways, accessible restrooms, and dedicated parking spaces. 


    We also have changing stations in restrooms for patients with young children. If you require additional accommodations during your appointment, please let us know.


    Our Sussex location is wheelchair accessible with elevators and dedicated parking spaces (Please note: The clinic is much smaller than the main office).


  • Do you accept new patients?

    There are two ways to become a patient at CarePoint Health:


    • A connection from your family physician who is affiliated with CarePoint Health. Check to see if your doctor is affiliated. If your family doctor is not affiliated, they are welcome to connect with our team to learn about affiliation.


    • If you don't have a family doctor, we can connect you to primary care through our CarePoint Connects program. 


    Anyone living in Ontario and over the age of 18 can access the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program.

  • Are you a walk-in clinic?

    No. CarePoint Health is a family medicine practice providing ongoing, comprehensive care to registered patients only. For immediate care needs, please contact your family doctor. If you don’t have a family doctor you can access primary care through our CarePoint Connects program. 

  • What services and programs do you offer?

    Affiliated Patient Services 

    We provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive health screenings, chronic disease management, mental health support, immunizations, and minor procedures, delivered through a primary care team. Your family physician must be affiliated with us and provide a referral to access our services. 


    CarePoint Connects

    If you or a loved one doesn’t have a family doctor, CarePoint Connects can help. This program will connect you with a family doctor in Mississauga while providing ongoing support for your current health concerns as needed. 


    Ontario Structured Psychotherapy

    The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program offers free, evidence-based, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) services to adults (18+) in Ontario who experience depression or anxiety-related concerns. 


    Health Education

    Learn from health experts in our free group education sessions focused on chronic disease prevention and wellness. We offer sessions in the community in collaboration with other organizations and community groups.


    Vaccine Clinics

    We host seasonal vaccine clinics for flu shots, COVID-19 vaccines, and routine immunizations at our clinic and onsite at various organizations in Mississauga. Call our office at 905-362-3508 or email us to learn about upcoming clinics.

  • Are services covered under OHIP?

    Most services at CarePoint Health are covered by OHIP. Non-covered services requiring payment include:

  • What languages are services offered in?

    Translation services are available upon request for your medical appointments. Please let us know in advance if you need language assistance.

  • Do I need a referral to see a specialist at CarePoint?

    Yes, referrals from an affiliated family physician are required for specialist appointments. 

  • What should I bring to my appointment?

    • OHIP card
    • List of current medications
    • Medical history records
    • Any recent test results
    • List of questions/concerns
  • Do you offer virtual appointments?

    Yes, video and phone appointments are available for eligible visits. Please call us to inquire.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can get an appointment through a referral from your family physician, by booking an appointment online, or by calling our clinic at 905-362-3508.

  • What COVID-19 protocols are in place?

    Our staff wear masks during appointments while patients are encouraged to do so, and we maintain safety through hand sanitizer stations, distanced waiting areas, and enhanced cleaning.

  • How do I partner with CarePoint Health or refer clients?

    We collaborate with community organizations to deliver health services, education, and support where it's needed most. Whether it's running on-site clinics, leading workshops, or joining your community events, we're here to increase healthcare access for all. Reach out to our Engagement Team

  • How can I provide feedback?
