Tanya is an accomplished HR leader with expertise in Total Rewards solutions with a background spanning diverse industries. She currently serves as Vice President, Total Rewards in the Financial Technology sector.

Tanya holds an honours Business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University as well as a Master’s certificate in Project Management from York University’s Schulich School of Business. She recently completed a certification in Non-Profit Board Governance through the Governance Professionals of Canada.

Outside of work, Tanya spends time with her family and rescue dogs while advocating for animal adoption. She enjoys being outdoors, practising yoga, and travelling.
