Directions & Parking
Directions: We are located at 2695 North Sheridan Way. When you enter the North Sheridan Way from Winston Churchill Blvd, north of QEW, make a left on the second driveway. You’ll see a roundabout. Go around the roundabout and come to the back of the building. We are the third glass door with “CarePoint Health” signage and suite 120 on the door.

Parking:
Free parking is located at the front and side of the building.
Transit
*Effective July 1, MiWay is free for adults 65+ with a PRESTO card.*
- Take Bus 45A from Clarkson Go
- Get off at the Winston Churchill Blvd & North Sheridan Way stop
- Walk east on North Sheridan Way
- Turn left at the second driveway after Winston Churchill Blvd
- Go around the roundabout and head to the back of the building
- Look for the third glass door with "CarePoint Health" signage and Suite 120 on the door
- Take Bus 45A from Clarkson Go
Accessibility
Our facility is wheelchair accessible with a step-free entrance, automatic doorways, accessible restrooms, and dedicated parking spaces. We also have changing stations in restrooms for patients with young children. If you require additional accommodations during your appointment, please let us know.

Directions: To get to 90 Burnhamthorpe Rd W in Mississauga, start on a major highway like 401, 403, or QEW that heads toward Mississauga. If you are on the 403, take the exit for Hurontario St (Highway 10) and head south. Next, turn left onto Burnhamthorpe Rd W. We are in the Sussex Building (inside the CMHA office), Suite #210C.
