A visionary healthcare executive with a proven track record of transformational leadership, Andrew Bilton has served as Executive Director for CarePoint Health since 2019. Drawing on more than 17 years of healthcare experience, Andrew has consistently delivered strategic impact across Ontario's most vital healthcare organizations.

Before CarePoint Health, Andrew held progressive leadership positions at Cancer Care Ontario, Critical Care Services Ontario, Trillium Gift of Life Network, and the Mississauga Halton LHIN, where he spearheaded large-scale programs that enhanced patient outcomes and system efficiency.

Andrew combines clinical insight with executive acumen, holding a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration in Health Services Management from McMaster University. He recently enhanced his strategic expertise through the Advanced Healthcare Leadership Program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
