Oeishi Bhattacharjee (she/her/hers) is a collaborative operations leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning healthcare, higher education, and the broader public sector. With expertise in corporate services, operations, finance, human resources, and organizational planning, she is committed to strengthening the systems, teams, and partnerships that enable organizations to deliver high-quality, sustainable services. With a goal of leading and performing with purpose, Oeishi brings a practical approach to designing effective operations, strengthening organizational processes, and creating environments where people and their strengths can thrive.

As Director, Operations (Corporate Services) at CarePoint Health, she provides strategic and operational leadership across key corporate functions, supporting organizational growth and the continued evolution of CarePoint’s innovative, team-based model of care.

A servant leader with a coaching mindset, Oeishi believes in developing people, fostering open and collaborative relationships, and translating strategy into action to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Oeishi holds an MBA, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP). Away from work, she can often be found with a good book, behind a camera, painting, or enjoying time with family and friends.
